Acceptable use policy
Scope
This acceptable use policy binds everyone who works in your organisation's workspace: its owner, its administrators and its members, and the AI Employees that act for the company. Read it beside the terms (/terms) and the data processing agreement (/dpa).
Accounts and people
Each person has their own membership with one of three fixed roles: owner, administrator or member. Administrators invite people to the workspace, and each person signs in with their own details and never shares them. Sign-in can be strengthened with a passkey and a second factor.
Email sending
Summary mail the app sends to members carries one-click unsubscribe, and addresses that bounce, complain or opt out are suppressed. Queued sending pauses while bounce or complaint rates sit above the reputation limits. Do not mail purchased lists or people who never asked to hear from you. Employee mailboxes live under the employee-mail domain, and inbound mail routes onto cases and AI Employee mailboxes.
Telephone and SMS
Calls go out only inside the hours and days the country rules allow, and never on a no-call day. Each call stamps the AI and transcription disclosure the caller heard, and calls are transcribed, never recorded. Numbers the organisation blocks are refused at the inbound door. Calls are served today in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States; India is not served.
Website chat and embeds
A chat widget answers only on its own site and the origins its administrators allow. Its crawl stays on the company's own hosts, widened by at most five extra public hostnames, and never becomes a web-wide crawl.
AI Employees
Some employee tools need an administrator's approval before they run. An employee reaches outside only through its egress rules, which name the hosts it may use. Do not use AI Employees to evade another service's terms.
Integrations
Each connection to another system has its own Writes switch: reads never ask, and a write refuses while the switch is Off. Use each connected system under that vendor's own terms.
Prohibited content and conduct
Use Qwrki only for lawful purposes. Do not send malware, harass people or impersonate others through Qwrki. Do not circumvent limits or meters. Do not probe or enter another organisation's workspace.
Enforcement
A breach of this policy first becomes a support case with the organisation. Continued or serious misuse leads to suspension and then closure, in the words the product already sends. The organisation gets 14 days' notice before closure.
Changes
When this policy changes, this page shows the new text and the date it was updated. The terms name the governing law.
