Qwrki

Telegram setup guide

Updated 26 October 2026

What it does

Qwrki connects a Telegram bot to one of your companies so a bound group channel reaches an AI employee, and the employee can reply from chat.

Before you start

You need permission to connect chat apps in Qwrki. Decide which company holds the install before starting, and have the bot token from BotFather ready.

Install and connect

  1. In Qwrki, open Chat apps.
  2. Pick the company that holds it.
  3. Create the bot with BotFather, which names its token.
  4. Paste the bot token from BotFather.
  5. Add the bot to the group, then bind the group channel on the install's own page so messages posted there reach an AI employee.

Permissions

Telegram asks for no OAuth permissions, so there is no permission list. The install pastes the bot token from BotFather. If the token stops working, paste a new token for the same bot. Channel bindings stay in place.

After connecting

Open the install to bind a channel. A member links their account by messaging the bot /link followed by the code.

Disconnect

Open Chat apps and disconnect the install. This does not delete the Telegram bot.
